About InterSouth
InterSouth Properties has developed, managed, and leased office space in Huntsville, Alabama since 1994. They work closely with many of Huntsville’s top contractors and architects, and they wanted a website that reflected that standing.
The problem
When InterSouth came to us, their website hadn’t been updated since 2007. It was static, hard to change, and didn’t give prospective tenants the details they needed to compare spaces. For a company whose business is showing off space, the website was doing the opposite.
A property listing system
We designed a custom WordPress site around a dedicated property listing system. Each property gets its own listing with:
- Square footage
- Photos
- Floorplans
Listings are managed in WordPress, so updating a property doesn’t mean rebuilding a static page. Photos were chosen to show the quality of each space, so a prospective tenant gets a real sense of the building before they call.
Simple navigation
Prospective tenants usually want to know one thing: which spaces are available and what they look like. The navigation gets them there in a few clicks, and each listing puts the key facts up front.
The result
- Organized listings. Property details, photos, and floorplans are laid out the same way for every building.
- Easy browsing. Visitors can find an available office quickly.
- A site that matches the properties. The website now reflects the standards InterSouth keeps in its buildings.
InterSouth now has a website that keeps up with its portfolio and gives tenants what they need to take the next step.
